THE TEAM

The team is made up of the key executives of ADC and our consultants which includes Town Planners, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Engineers and Marketing Agents.

In addition to the key executives of the business there is an experienced and strong group of professionals that work collectively on all of our projects. Our team includes the following organizations and personnel;

Greg Caird Dip Education, Real Estate Licensee, C.D. Director of Australian Development Consultants being the culmination of 28 years experience in the Real Estate and Development industry. During this period he has progressed form being a top performing general sales agent to being recognized as an innovative facilitator within the property industry. With his increasing development expertise Greg has also been involved in a number of marketing projects off plan in the eastern states with multinational companies, culminating in many redevelopment projects in Sydney and Melbourne. In 2001 Greg accepted a national development management role with Australian Property Systems Limited, a listed public company, of which he was a founding director. He left this role at the end of 2003 to pursue further property development interests with the establishment of ADC.

David Tucker BA U&RS PIA. Director of Australian Development Consultants. David has been associated with the development industry for over 20 years commencing his career as a Town Planner in private consultancy in Western Australia. He has also gained experience in State and Local Government working for the Town Planning Department and the City of Melville. David’s enthusiasm to service the development industry saw him work for and head up the Town Planning and Development division of GHD where he remained for 11 years. During that time he was responsible for many projects in Perth and the eastern states including The Arnotts biscuit factory, Northbank in North Fremantle and Oakajee structure plan. In 2001 David accepted a national management role responsible for Project Management, Concept Planning and Approvals with Australian Property Systems Ltd. He was also a founding Director of this publicly listed company. After establishing his role and achieving approvals of many projects in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne David left to set up Australian Development Consultants.

The two directors of ADC have worked together in various capacities, initially as individual consultants, then as co directors in a public company and now with the formulation of Australian Development Consultants.

ADC is currently working on a number of projects in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and the South West of Western Australia.

Caird Property Group One of Australia's leading off plan sales organizations, has in excess of 28 years experience in Real Estate in W.A. and the east coast.

MA Ashton and Associates Quantity Surveyors have worked with our team for the last ten years and has considerable experience in all areas of development having provided consultancy services to many Banks, the oil and gas industry and Project Developers.

Downings Legal are a leading law firm in Perth that specialize in land and related law They have worked with ADC in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney and bring considerable legal and commercial knowledge to the team.

In addition to our core team we also work with many other professionals in the property development industry, specifically chosen for there expertise is required for our clients project.
