BACKGROUND

ADC is an acronym for “Australian Development Consultants”.

ADC is made up of a team of experts who have brought many successful projects to fruition in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Fremantle and country locations.

ADC are Development Managers, having all of the skills of a developer and can add value to a project on behalf of the land owner. This consultancy role enables us to create a tailor made environment for our clients giving them, if they wish, predetermined exit points during the development process.

ADC’s core members are dedicated to providing a consulting service to land owners who may or may not have development experience to ensure maximum profits are obtained from the development with the project being sold off plan to minimize risk.

The key executives and people responsible for the success of this consultancy are Mr. Greg Caird and Mr. David Tucker. Their combined experience covers the extent of the development process with David’s background of Town Planning and Project Management and Greg’s expertise in negotiations, marketing and real estate sales. They have in excess of 50 years experience in development and can account for in excess of $700,000,000 of project value in Australia.

Projects that ADC directors have been successfully involved which include; Northbank in North Fremantle, the Myaree Megaplex an integrated industrial development on Leach Highway Myaree, Cape View Beach Resort, and No. 1 The Esplanade Mt Pleasant.
