ULTIMO - Heritage site - (NSW) 2002 - 2003
This Sydney inner city site became redundant to the clients
needs and a redevelopment option for a mixed commercial and
residential development was put forward. Approvals of the
complex were complicated by the historic “Briscoe” building and
changing Council boundaries. The resultant approval permitted
maximum floor space ratio (145 units) and the retention of the
historical building. Key personnel of ADC were instrumental in
the approvals and management process.
