ADC members have been involved in the following projects. |

THE
VILLAGE - NORTH PERTH (WA) 1998 - 2000
The
“Old Browns Dairy” site, originally a farm in the 1800’s and
latter one of Perth’s major diary processing and distribution
plants is now a significant redevelopment project incorporating
residential and commercial precincts. In excess of 200 new homes
in a variety of accommodations types from single residential to
apartments. ADC personnel provide the who suite of consulting
and management services to provide a successful outcome.
