RANDWICK DEVELOPMENT (NSW) 2002 - 2003

A disused service station site was sought after for development being in the popular Sydney inner city suburb of Randwick. Situated on Avoca Street, with some opportunities for ocean views an attractive residential commercial development was approved for the site, with the assistance of key personnel of ADC.
