ADC members have been involved in the following projects.

NORTHBANK VILLAGE (WA) 1995 - 2004

Northbank was an industrial redevelopment site located on the banks of the Swan River North Fremantle. A sensitive site, politically and environmentally with a total of nine hectares of land now accommodating some 350 home sites is the largest private redevelopment project in Western Australia. The key Personnel of ADC provided planning, management, marketing and sales advise to bring this project to realization.
