ADC members have been involved in the following projects.

No. 1 THE ESPLANADE MT. PLEASANT (WA) 2004

In 2004 this project was awarded the best multiple dwelling by the Master Builders Association. This project demonstrates the capabilities of ADC’s team members in integrating mixed uses on a busy location, where building uses and aesthetics were important considerations.

The case of “have your cake and eat it”, yes sir we said to the client. An existing operational service station was identified as having surplus land and being in one of Perth’s best locations it was an ideal opportunity to achieve a unique development. ADC’s personnel negotiated the approvals and managed the sales of the site with a total of 19 residential apartments and 14 commercial units.
