BONDI MIXED DEVELOPMENT (NSW) 2002 - 2003

A disused service station site was sought after for development being in the popular Sydney inner city suburb of Bondi. Careful consideration of the area demographics and building form resulted in 34 trendy residential units and four commercial spaces on Bondi Road.
