ARNOTTS BISCUIT FACTORY (W.A) 1995

Industrial redevelopment site comprised of the historical biscuit factory complex originated by Mills & Ware in 1894. Due to the significance of the buildings on the site a unique mixed residential tourism development creating single residential homes sites through to apartments incorporated within the existing building fabric.
